  1. Digital Products (e.g., Digital Wedding Invitations)
    1. All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
    2. If you experience technical issues or do not receive your digital file, please contact us within 48 hours at info.stardustcorner@gmail.com for assistance.
    3. If there is an error caused by our team (such as incorrect names or details different from the confirmed draft), we will correct and resend the file at no additional cost.
  2. Printed Products (e.g., Custom Invitations & Memorabilia)
    1. No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been printed. Each product is custom-made based on the details provided, making it non-reusable and non-refundable.
    2. Customers must carefully review and approve the final design draft before printing. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors (e.g., incorrect names, dates, spelling mistakes).
    3. If the printed product has major defects caused by us (e.g., printing errors that differ from the approved draft, incorrect design, or missing items), please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.
  3. Order Cancellations
    1. For digital products, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been processed.
    2. For printed products, if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the final design is approved. Once the printing process has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
    2. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist in tracking the parcel and resolving the issue with the courier.
